Rafting in the Himalayas

Day 01: Arrival - Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, you will be met by an Indian Profile representative who will facilitate your transfer to the hotel. Relax for the remaining part of the day and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Delhi

As part of the River Rafting Tour, enjoy a morning city tour of New Delhi. Visit attractions like the Laxmi Narayan Temple and India Gate besides driving past the Parliament House. Enjoy a sumptuous lunch before visiting other attractions like the Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Raj Ghat and the Chandni Chowk. You will also enjoy a sound & light show in the evening. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh

On day 3 of the India Profile River Rafting Tour, board the Shatabdi Express to the holy city of Haridwar. On arrival, indulge in a whirlwind city tour besides visiting some of the famous temples in the city. Thereafter, drive to Rishikesh and check into a hotel on arrival. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 04: Rishikesh - Rudraprayag

After a scrumptious breakfast, enjoy a city tour of the various ashrams and temples besides visiting the Yoga and Meditation centre. Later, drive to Rudraprayag, the confluence of river Mandikini with Alaknanda. Stay overnight at a camp in Rudraprayag.

Day 05: Rudraprayag - Srinagar

As part of your adventure tour to Uttaranchal with India Profile, raft down to Srinagar. The journey will last around 5 to 6 hours. Check into a camp for an overnight stay.

Day 06: Srinagar - Deoprayag

On day 6 of the River Rafting Tour, enjoy a rafting expedition to Deoprayag (05 - 06 hrs) , a place where river Alaknanda merges with River Bhagirathi and forms the Ganges. Stay overnight at a camp in Deoprayag.

Day 07: Deoprayag - Kaudiyala

Your adventure tour to Uttaranchal will include a rafting tour to Kaudiyala, which is around 5 to 6 hours away from Deoprayag. Stay overnight at the camp.

Day 08: Kaudiyala - Shivpuri

On day 8 of the River Rafting Tour, raft down to Shivpuri that is 5 to 6 hours away from Kaudiyala. Check into a camp for an overnight stay.

Day 09: Shivpuri - Rishikesh - Delhi

You will raft down to Rishikesh and on arrival in Brahampuri, an Indian Profile representative will pick you up and transfer you to the railway station at Haridwar. Board the Shatabdi express to Delhi and on arrival, check into a hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Departure

On the final day of the River Rafting Tour, transfer to the airport on time and continue with your onward journey
